Our Practice focuses on fast and easy access, transparency, and whole-person care. In addition to primary and urgent care visits, we offer medical weight loss, kids sports physicals, wellness and aesthetic services including Botox, IV therapy, sutures, Hormone replacement therapy (including pellets) peptides, B12 injections and pe-operative services. Most labs, and EKGs are performed conveniently in our office. Every service is delivered with clear communication, modern treatment options, and a strong patient-provider relationship. No insurance is required, though insurance may be used for labs, medications, referrals and imaging if desired. Our pricing is simple and transparent: Initial visits $130 Wellness visits $130 Sick visits $130 follow-up visits $25 Medication refills $25 OR Monthly membership $150/month includes all visits, labs, and exclusive discounts on Botox, IV therapy, pellets and vitamin injections. Discounts for Couples and families. By not billing insurance for our services, we can deliver high-quality, accessible care that's tailored to you-modern medicine, without the middleman.
